• To provision and manage your Helsinki Server Nodes.
• To process automated off-site backups to your connected Google Drive or S3 buckets.
• To prevent fraud and mitigate DDoS attacks via our security layers.
• To send critical system alerts and renewal notifications.

3. Data Retention & Backups

Client account data is retained as long as the service is active. For terminated accounts, data is purged from our primary nodes within 30 days. Please note that automated snapshots may persist in backup cycles for up to 60 days to ensure disaster recovery integrity.

We use cookies to enhance your experience, specifically for:

• Maintaining your active login session in the portal.
• Tracking affiliate referrals (90-day cookie duration).
• Analyzing site traffic to optimize our server load balancing.
