1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CorelHost's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our infrastructure.

2. User Account & Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account via our WHMCS Portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CorelHost is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.

3. Resource Usage Policy

Our Shared and WordPress hosting plans are designed for normal website operations.

• CPU/RAM: Users must not exceed the burstable limits for more than 90 seconds.
• Inodes: Starter plans are limited to 250,000 inodes.
• Illegal Use: Use of servers for crypto mining, stress testing (DDoS), or hosting copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Payouts and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Shared and WordPress hosting.

• VPS Plans: Due to the deep discounts on our Annual VPS Slices, these plans are non-refundable.
• Domain Names: Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once processed through the registrar.

5. Service Uptime & SLA

CorelHost guarantees a 99.9% Uptime SLA. In the event of a critical failure on our Helsinki Node FI-09 resulting in downtime exceeding the SLA, customers may be eligible for pro-rated service credits.

6. Backups

While we provide automated off-site backups to Google Drive/S3 for most plans, the customer is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own independent backups. CorelHost is not liable for data loss.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (Headquarters) and Finland (Infrastructure Operations).
