1. Agreement To Terms

By ordering, accessing, or using any service provided by CorelHost ("CorelHost", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (TOS), our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Payment Policy. If you do not agree to all parts of this document, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Linked Policies & Agreements

All clients acknowledge that additional terms apply to specific products or add-ons. By using CorelHost, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted our linked legal documentation:

3. Accounts, Billing & Payment Conditions

All services are ordered and managed through our official Client Portal at portal.corelhost.com.

• Invoicing & Due Dates: Renewal invoices are generated automatedly prior to the due date. Payment must be cleared on or before the due date to avoid service interruption.
• Late Payments & Termination: Accounts unpaid after the due date are subject to automated suspension. Unpaid services may be permanently terminated and wiped from our servers after 7 days of non-payment.
• Payment Gateways: We accept local transfers (Meezan Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay), credit/debit cards, and integrated gateways like Safepay. Gateway transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Duplicate Payments: Duplicate or excess payments will be added to your CorelHost account balance as credit. Monetary refunds for duplicate payments are subject to gateway processing deductions.

4. Support Policy & Anti-Abuse

CorelHost staff strives to treat all clients with professional courtesy. In return, we demand a respectful standard of communication. Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, or demeaning behavior toward our support agents via tickets, live chat, email, or WhatsApp will lead to immediate account suspension and potential termination with a 24-hour notice to migrate data.

5. Service Usage & Content Restrictions

All services provided by CorelHost may only be used for lawful purposes. The customer agrees to indemnify CorelHost from any claims resulting from content hosted on their account.

Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities:

• Pirated software, cracked scripts, Null or Warez downloads.
• Pornography, adult content, or sex-related merchandising.
• Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM), phishing scams, or malicious code delivery.
• Movie streaming portals, non-copyrighted MP3 archives, or torrent link trackers.
• Hosting used purely as remote cloud storage drive (e.g., storing zip archives, raw video files, or non-active website backups).
• Activities that violate any local, national, or international laws.

6. System Resource Usage & Disk Storage

Shared, WordPress, and Chat hosting accounts are designed for active website/application operations and not as file backup repositories. CorelHost reserves the right to monitor server resource utilization (CPU, RAM, I/O, Inodes).

If an account consumes excessive resources causing degradation for other users on the server, we reserve the right to temporarily throttle or suspend the account. Accounts using disk space for raw backups or non-web media may have those files removed without notice.

7. Backups & Data Responsibility

While CorelHost performs routine automated system backups for server administration purposes, these backups are NOT guaranteed. Clients are solely responsible for keeping independent offline backups of their website files, databases, and emails.

CorelHost assumes zero liability for data loss, corrupted files, or failed restore points. Post-termination backup retrieval request (if available on active backup nodes) may incur an administrative recovery fee.

8. Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfers

• Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are executed instantly via third-party registrar APIs and are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
• Domains are locked for 60 days following initial registration or transfer as per ICANN guidelines.
• It is the client's responsibility to renew domains prior to the expiration date to avoid registry grace/redemption penalty fees.

9. Website Migrations Courtesy

CorelHost offers complimentary website migration assistance for new clients from cPanel-based hosts within 30 days of service activation. While our technical team takes maximum care during transfers, we do not guarantee 100% success or zero downtime, and clients must verify site integrity post-migration.

10. Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation

A 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to initial Shared, WordPress, and Web Hosting orders. The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
• VPS servers, Dedicated servers, and custom software licensing.
• Add-on management services, custom web development, or migration fees.

Service cancellations must be formally submitted through the client portal at portal.corelhost.com.

11. Limitation Of Liability & Disclaimers

CorelHost provides services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. CorelHost shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business disruption resulting from server downtime, hardware failures, cyber attacks, or service suspension.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to local jurisdiction.
